Flatbush Mixtape Fall 2023 Field Trip Permission Slip
Greetings Flatbush Adventurer!
We are so excited that you want to participate in our first field trip on Saturday, November 11, 2023!
We will be hiking the Arden Point and Glenclyffe 3.9 mile trail loop which is considered to be easy, beginner friendly, and suitable for hikers of all levels. There's lots of gorgeous views, diverse terrain, and wildlife to see.
Getting There - Flatbush Solidarity
Garrison is easily accessible by Metro-North and by car. See location and train fare prices below:

Child $15.50, Adult $30.50, Senior $20.50
In an effort to ensure that all of our programs are accessible, we would like to open up spaces for those who cost may be a barrier to attending. If you would like to cover the transportation cost for a neighbor to attend, please let us know.
The Itinerary
Train to Garrison leaves Grand Central Station at 8:50am
Arrive at Arden Point and Glenclyffe Trailhead by 10:10am
Gather and Grounding 10:15 -10:30am
Hiking Begins 10:30am
Hiking Ends 1:30pm
Gather and Reflect 1:30 - 2:00pm
Train to Grand Central Station leaves Garrison at 2:24pm
Arrive back to the city by 3:51pm
