Tricia Olayinka Ben-Davies (Olayinka/Tricia) is a child of God, healing circle facilitator, community organizer and advocate from Brooklyn, NY.
In 2019, she took part in North Star Fund’s Giving Project with 23 other cross-class New Yorkers who together raised over $260,000 to award grants to 29 grassroots organizations led by communities of color most impacted by injustice. Olayinka serves as a Green Circle Keeper for Hidden Water NYC and as Secretary of the board for the Friends of Abolitionist Place.
She was raised in Weldon, North Carolina with the help of noisy neighbors, encouraging teachers and Mr. Rogers. She believes it takes a village to raise healthy children who are able to love others as they love themselves.
